Terms of Use for PA.net Free Tier Wi-Fi
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the free public Wi-Fi service (“Service”) provided by CTI Networks, Inc., doing business as PA.net. By accessing the Service, including through Facebook login, you agree to these Terms in full.
1. Access to the Service
The Service is a complimentary public Wi-Fi network provided at the sole discretion of CTI Networks, Inc. Access may be suspended, throttled, or terminated at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Violation of these Terms
- Activity that may pose legal liability for CTI Networks, Inc.
- Disruption of network performance or access for other users
- Noncompliance with applicable laws or regulations
This is an open wireless network. No data transmitted over the network should be considered private or secure. CTI Networks, Inc. reserves the right to monitor activity and manage bandwidth to ensure fair usage.
2. Acceptable Use Policy
By using the Service, you agree not to engage in any activity that violates laws, infringes on third-party rights, or negatively impacts network operations. Prohibited uses include, but are not limited to:
- Spamming or distributing unsolicited communications
- Transmitting obscene, abusive, or unlawful content
- Hacking, unauthorized access, or attempting to breach security measures
- Sharing copyrighted or pirated content
- Launching denial of service attacks or spreading malware
- Impersonating others or using false identities
Use of the Service is at your own risk. CTI Networks, Inc. is not liable for any injury or loss arising from your internet activities.
3. Privacy Notice
When logging in with Facebook, you authorize PA.net to receive basic public profile information as required by the Facebook Developer Platform. We do not sell or share this data with third parties. For more details, refer to our Privacy Policy.
4. Disclaimers
- The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” with no guarantees of uptime, speed, or uninterrupted access.
- CTI Networks, Inc. does not warrant that the Service will be free from viruses, malware, or other harmful components.
- Users are responsible for maintaining their own device security and antivirus protections.
5. Modifications
CTI Networks, Inc. may update or modify these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to review them periodically. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
