Most modern email clients support autoconfiguration. Simply enter your full email address and password, and your email client will handle the rest.

Manual Email Settings

If autoconfiguration isn’t available, use the following manual settings:

Incoming Email (IMAP)

• Server: imap.ctinetworks.com
• Username: Your full email address
• Password: Your email password
• Port: 993 (SSL/TLS)
• If SSL/TLS is unavailable, use port 143 with STARTTLS.

Outgoing Email (SMTP)

• Server: smtp.ctinetworks.com
• Username: Your full email address
• Password: Your email password
• Port: 465 (SSL/TLS)
• If SSL/TLS is unavailable, use port 587 with STARTTLS.
